Refund policy

✅ If Something’s Wrong, We’ll Fix It
Your satisfaction matters to us. At Mad Cat Cartel, we want your order to arrive in great condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll offer either a corrected replacement item or a full refund, depending on the issue — no return required.
To report an issue, email us at info@madcatcartel.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the problem
- A short description of what happened
📦 Made to Order = No Standard Returns
Each product is made especially for you after you place your order. We do not hold inventory for standard resale, and we do not resell returned goods. This helps reduce waste and supports our made-to-order model.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues
- Style or color preferences
- Accidental orders
- Change of mind
Please double-check the sizing guide and product details before placing your order. Not sure about the size? Contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help.
📏 Ordered the Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind?
We do not accept standard returns for size issues or buyer’s remorse.
Additional Support Options
If your order does not qualify for a standard refund or replacement, please still feel free to contact us.
In some cases, we may offer one-time courtesy solutions such as:
- Partial refunds
- Store credit
- Courtesy discounts
- Other case-by-case resolutions
These options are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

🌍 For EU Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you may be entitled to cancel your order within 14 days. However, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), custom-made products are exempt from this rule. Since all items are made to order, they fall under this exemption.
💸 Refunds
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
📬 Returns Without Contact = Not Accepted
Please do not send anything back unless we request it. If a return is necessary, we will provide full instructions and the correct return address.
