Your satisfaction matters to us. At Mad Cat Cartel, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives in great condition — and if anything goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

✅ If Something’s Wrong, We’ll Fix It

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, just let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll quickly offer a free replacement or a full refund — no return required.

To report an issue, email us at info@madcatcartel.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the problem
• A short description of what happened

📦 Made to Order = No Standard Returns

Each product is made especially for you when you order it — we don’t keep inventory or resell returned items.  We don’t hold stock, and we don’t resell returned goods. This keeps pricing fair and avoids unnecessary waste.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Sizing issues
• Style or color preferences
• Accidental orders
• Change of mind

Please double-check the sizing guide and product details before placing your order. Not sure about the size? Contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help.

📏 Ordered the Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind?

We don’t accept standard returns for size issues or buyer’s remorse.
However...

If you’re unhappy with your order — even if it doesn’t officially qualify for a refund — our Refund Operator may be able to help.

We occasionally offer:

• One-time courtesy discounts
• Partial refunds
• Store credit
• Limited-time exchange deals
• ...or other custom solutions

We won’t always say yes — but we always listen. We value our customers, and if making you happy costs us a little more, it’s often worth it.

🌍 For EU Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you may be entitled to cancel your order within 14 days.
However, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), custom-made products are exempt from this rule.

Since all items are made to order, they fall under this exemption.

💸 Refunds

• If your refund is approved:
• It will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

📬 Returns Without Contact = Not Accepted

Please do not send anything back unless we request it.
If a return is necessary, we will provide full instructions and the correct return address.
